We bought three of these for keeping our kids' rooms cool at night while they're in there sleeping. The fans blow super cold, but you have to be sitting right in font of them. They won't keep even a 10x10 room cool. The fan only cools about a foot or two in front of it, which is okay right next to their beds but the rest of the room is muggy and hot. My daughter's baby monitor said the room was 78 degrees before turning the fan on and jumped to 85 degrees within a half hour of turning it on. We've been using them as the instructions say to for almost two weeks - with just the fan on high, on the cooler setting, and on the cooler setting with ice packs - and they're just awful. Waste of money and would love a refund if we can still return them after using for less than two weeks.
